I have owned my Boutique Fitness & Spinning Home Studio for 21 years. My Home Studio is perfect for people, like you, who don’t like large, crowded gyms , need a bit of guidance and you just need to workout and get back to your life. My studio has all of the fitness equipment you need to build muscle and get some great Cardio with Spin Bikes, Treadmill and a Rowing machine. I follow ALL Covid Protocol, you MUST be fully vaccinated. If not vaccinated we must workout outdoors with masks on. if vaccinated, we can workout inside with or without masks.
You won’t believe it till you see it! My Home Studio is perfectly suited for Private Personal Training and Spinning classes., I have 5 Spinning bikes. I also have an outside Fitness Studio! I can come to you as well. I can train you in your Home Gym or I can bring equipment. Group training available too.
